Issue description: Trainers purchasing a Pokémon GO Fest: Global ticket using the Google Play Store and Samsung store in some countries may have a price discrepancy that does not match the correct ticket price.
Issue status: Resolved. We will advise Trainers who have already purchased a ticket in these regions as to next steps soon.

Issue description: Trainers purchasing a Pokémon GO Fest: Global ticket using the Google Play Store and Samsung store in some countries may have a price discrepancy that does not match the correct ticket price.
Issue status: Investigating. In the meantime, tickets for this event have been temporarily disabled for Google Play Store and Samsung store users. Tickets may still be purchased for iOS and Pokémon GO Web Store users. We will advise Trainers who have already purchased a ticket in these regions as to next steps soon.
