• You can download the latest Poké Portal News by selecting Poké Portal from the X menu, then Mystery Gift, then Check Poké Portal News.

Clear your mind and chill out in the land of Kitakami as large groups of Wooper vibe in Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet. The Water Fish Pokémon will appear—completely unbothered—in mass outbreaks from Thursday, December 5, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. PST to Thursday, December 12, 2024, at 3:59 p.m. PST. The Wooper appearing in these special mass outbreaks appear to be embracing the “head empty” lifestyle, so they’re more likely to have the Absent-Minded Mark!

To participate in mass outbreak events, you will need to download the latest Poké Portal News and install the latest update data for your game. You will need The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero DLC to participate in this mass outbreak event.
