Pokémon Center Hiroshima to reopen!

It has been decided that Pokémon Center Hiroshima will relocate and reopen on the second floor of Ekie, the north exit of Hiroshima Station, around April 2025! The current store will close at the end of March, and preparations will begin for the opening of the new store.

Ahead of the relocation, it has been decided that “Gyarados Plaza by Pokémon Center Hiroshima” will open on the rooftop of “Soramoa Plaza,” the new Hiroshima station building, “minamoa,” which is scheduled to open on Monday, March 24, 2025!

It is a plaza where people of all ages can spend time with Pokemon in their own way, including large play equipment modeled after Gyarados, the symbolic Pokemon of Pokemon Center Hiroshima.

  • *For a while after the opening, use of the playground equipment will require advance reservations. Details will be announced on the official minamoa website, scheduled to open in early March, as soon as they are decided.

What’s more, you’ll be able to see Pokémon jumping out of the Pokémon Center all over Hiroshima Station, including on the first floor of the north exit.
