You can now claim a Mewtwonite X stone and a Mewtwonite Y stone through Mystery Gift in both Pokémon Legends: Z-A and the Nintendo Switch 2 Edition. Once you pick them up, a new side mission centered on Mewtwo becomes available, giving you the chance to track it down and eventually add it to your team. It’s a simple reward drop that opens the door to a standout mission and lets players tap into both Mega Evolution paths for one of the series’ most iconic Pokémon. If you’ve been looking for a good reason to jump back in, this is a solid one.
