Pokémon GO is celebrating Valentine’s Day 2026 with a limited-time event running from Feb. 10 to 15 that leans into shinies and seasonal flair. During the event, players will have an increased chance to hatch Shiny Nidoran♀, Shiny Nidoran♂ and Shiny Cherubi, alongside a new Global Challenge with shared rewards, including free Timed Research awarding encounters with Spinda with a heart pattern. The update also lets Trainers change Natural Form Furfrou into Heart Trim Furfrou, adding a cosmetic chase to the mix. With bonuses, collection goals and community progress baked in, the event offers plenty of reasons to stay active all week.
