Pokémon Sleep is celebrating the third anniversary of its global launch by giving all players a free bundle of in-game rewards, with researchers who log in by Sept. 20, 2026, at 11 p.m. eligible to claim 2,000 Sleep Points, one Main Skill Seed, five Poké Biscuits, one Friend Incense and Incense for Turtwig, Chimchar and Piplup. The anniversary campaign marks three years since the sleep tracking game debuted on iOS and Android, with the development team thanking players for their continued support and confirming its commitment to expanding the Pokémon Sleep experience. Rewards can be collected through the Gift Box in the in-game menu and players who do not immediately receive the items are advised to restart the app before checking again.
