Pokémon Masters EX has added three new Variety Sync Pairs with the debut of 5★ Leaf & Beedrill, 5★ Ethan & Gyarados and 5★ Brendan & Salamence in the limited-time Triple Feature Variety Scout, available from Aug. 31 at 11 p.m. PT through Sept. 14 at 10:59 p.m. PT. A Variety Tiered Scout is also running alongside the banner, giving players another opportunity to recruit the three new pairs. Leaf & Beedrill, Ethan & Gyarados and Brendan & Salamence use the same Trainer costumes as their respective 5★ Leaf & Eevee, 5★ Ethan & Cyndaquil and 5★ Brendan & Treecko pairs, but the new Variety Sync Pairs have several notable differences: none has an EX Style when upgraded to 6★ EX and none includes a Sync Pair Story. The new scout arrives as Pokémon Masters EX continues its Pokémon 30-Year Celebration campaign, which also includes the Monthly Poké Fair featuring 5★ Gloria & Zacian, returning events and additional rewards throughout September.
