Pokémon Sleep maintenance for version 3.8.0 is complete, with the update preparing the game for the upcoming Unexplored Realm Research! Pursue Mewtwo event and introducing several gameplay adjustments. The update slightly lowers the chances of non-Legendary Pokémon becoming full, while the New Moon Day bonus during Legendary Pokémon debut events will also reduce the likelihood of Legendary Pokémon becoming full during the day’s first snack time. The General Store’s Ultra Biscuit exchange limit has increased from three to five, while the maximum number of incense that can be set up has risen from two to three, although players still cannot use two of the same incense simultaneously or attract multiple Pokémon species with incense at once. Version 3.8.0 also includes text updates, minor bug fixes and preparations for a new winter feature that will reward players for accumulating friendship points, including Main Skill Seeds through continued gameplay. Ahead of that feature’s release, Pokémon Sleep plans to distribute items based on friendship points earned through sleep research starting Sept. 14 at 4 a.m. until the new system launches.
