Pokémon TCG Live 30th celebration Battle Pass adds Mew ex and Sylveon ex decks

The Pokémon TCG: 30th celebration Battle Pass is now available in Pokémon Trading Card Game Live, introducing two new decks built around Mew ex and Sylveon ex. Players can complete quests and earn experience through Ranked and Casual matches to unlock booster packs, Collector Crates, Trainer Points, Trade Credits, cosmetics and additional cards, with the Battle Pass remaining available until the next expansion launches. The Mew ex deck centers on its Memory Helix Ability, which lets Mew ex use attacks from Benched Pokémon when the required Energy is available, creating combinations with Pokémon including Steven’s Metagross ex, Hydreigon ex and Mega Latias ex. Steven’s Metagross ex provides Energy acceleration while Genesect ex can search for Steven’s Metang and Steven’s Metagross ex, with Scramble Switch and Latios offering additional ways to reposition Energy for powerful attacks. Halfway through the Battle Pass, players unlock a Sylveon ex deck focused on Colorful Harmony, which deals 50 damage for every different type of Basic Energy in play and can reach 400 damage with all eight types. The deck uses Flareon ex, Eevee ex, Noctowl and several Energy-search options to build its board, with Fan Rotom helping establish the early Bench and Crispin providing a key combination of Energy searching and attachment. Glass Trumpet can also accelerate two Basic Energy cards onto Benched Colorless Pokémon while a Tera Pokémon is in play, making Energy setup crucial before evolving into Sylveon ex or Flareon ex.
