Pikachu monument mysteriously appears in New Orleans park

A Pokemon-themed monument was recently put up in a New Orleans, Louisiana, park. Its focal point is a statue of none other than Pikachu, standing tall with a determined look on its face. According to local officials, the origins of the monument are currently unknown but there aren't any plans to take it down.
