  1. Thanks! Our son and daughter have, over the past 6 months, started getting into Pokémon…they never got into games much, so no ds’s either! This ring interaction looks like it’ll be pretty cool though! they are gonna be psyched! Looks like I have a lot to learn about this game! Thanks again!! 🙂 lol, where to start…oh, I do have one more question: The cards the kids have, is there a site (or maybe I’m on it) to use to teach them how to find the value of them, so they aren’t swindled out of good cards? I did look up on ebay, to see current value, but didn’ know if there was another place. They also got the pokemon book to tell more about the cards…but I didn’t see values in there.. Thank you!!

    1. You’re very welcome! Great to hear your kids have gotten into Pokemon – it’s a wonderful, family-friendly franchise that promotes positivity in so many ways. Since your family is new to Pokemon, feel free to ask us any questions you might have 🙂

In regards to the Pokemon trading cards, here’s a great site that regularly updates their values and rarity in a handy-dandy chart: http://pokemonprices.com/top_100

In addition to trading, a full-fledged game can be played with Pokemon cards. It’s actually really fun and encourages players to develop their strategy and tactical skills. Your kids can use their cards to build their very own deck.
