Pokemon GO Plus officially launches next week

The highly-anticipated release of Pokemon GO Plus is just around the corner. Nintendo and The Pokemon Company have announced that the Pokemon GO companion device is set to launch next Friday, September 16. It will be available in “most countries” from the get-go and later this year in select South American territories. Pokemon GO Plus allows you to interact with Pokemon GO without having to look at your smartphone screen. It is capable of vibrating and lighting up to notify you about a nearby PokéStop. It also enables you to catch Pokemon by simply pressing a button.
