A Pokemon animation marathon is about to begin on Disney XD, starting with the debut of Pokémon the Movie: Volcanion and the Mechanical Marvel at 5 p.m. In this all-new movie, Ash and the Mythical Pokémon Volcanion must join together for a mission to rescue Magearna from a foe that wants to use Magearna’s mysterious power to take control of the kingdom. Today’s marathon will continue with a sneak peek at Pokémon the Series: Sun & Moon, the next season of Pokémon animation coming to Disney XD next year. Fans will be able to watch Ash and friends take their first steps into the Alola region in the first two episodes of the upcoming season.
