Pokémon the Movie: Hoopa and the Clash of Ages sold more than 40,000 copies in the UK, making it the region’s best-selling anime release of 2016. This helped Pokemon become one of the best-selling anime franchises of 2016. The movie was also the seventh best-selling non-theatrical kids film of 2016 in the UK, as well as the 28th best-selling kids/family home video release of the year. Pokémon the Movie: Hoopa and the Clash of Ages follows Ash, Pikachu and their friends as they meet the Mythical Pokémon Hoopa upon visiting a desert city by the sea.

That’s awesome. This has quickly become one of my kid’s favorites. I love the big legendary Pokémon throw down at the end. If anyone likes kaiju movies, they’ll find something to like in the last 30 minutes of this flick.
