If you want Pokkén Tournament to be featured at this year’s Evolution Championship Series (Evo 2017), you’re going to have to vote for its inclusion. Although it made its Evo debut in 2016, the Pokemon-themed fighting game isn’t among the titles returning to the main stage. Those titles are Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, Super Smash Bros. Melee, Street Fighter V and Tekken 7. Meanwhile, the games that will be making their Evo debut this year include BlazBlue: Central Fiction, Guilty Gear Xrd REV 2, The King of Fighters XIV and Injustice 2. The ninth game will be decided by a vote. By making a donation to Make-a-Wish International, you can vote on which of the following games you want to see take the final spot:
- Pokkén Tournament
- Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3
- Killer Instinct
- Mortal Kombat XL
- Skullgirls 2nd Encore
- Super Street Fighter II Turbo
- Nidhogg
- ARMS
- Windjammers
