The Pokémon Company president Tsunekazu Ishihara made an appearance during today’s Nintendo Spotlight: E3 2017 video presentation to officially announce that a core entry in the Pokémon series is headed to Nintendo Switch. It is being developed by Game Freak and will be unveiled at a later date. Ishihara also reaffirmed that Pokkén Tournament DX will release later this year as a Nintendo Switch exclusive.
