The goal to fish a total of 250,000 Pokémon/items in the “Fish Pokémon at Rare Spots!” global mission was officially reached by Pokémon Sun and Moon players. A grand total of 1,228,170 Pokémon and items were reeled in. Everyone who contributed to this global mission earned 2,000 Festival Coins. Trainers who registered a Game Sync ID at the Pokémon Global Link before the mission ended earned double Festival Coins, for a total of 4,000! To receive your prize, speak with the global mission receptionist in the Festival Plaza castle where you signed up for the global mission.
Active Trainers fished early and often, so the bonus goal of 500,000 Pokémon/items was also reached. As a result, Pokémon Global Link members will also earn a Lure Ball. Check back soon for details on how to get your Lure Ball. Also, if you are a Pokémon Global Link member and contributed at least three Pokémon/items of your own toward the goal, you’ll also receive five Rare Candies for your hard work. Check back soon for details on how to claim your Rare Candies.
