Arcanine is currently being distributed at the 2017 Pokémon North American International Championships, which is scheduled to run until July 2. The Fire-type Legendary Pokémon is being given at the Indianapolis-based event to all attendees who own a copy of Pokémon Sun and Moon on Nintendo 3DS.
