First official Pokémon GO Legendary is Lugia, given to all Pokémon GO Fest Chicago attendees

The first-ever Pokémon GO Fest is officially over, following a series of unexpected issues. Toward the end of the event, the first Pokémon GO Legendary was revealed to be Lugia, which was given to all registered attendees. Players who couldn’t make it to the worldwide event will also start seeing Lugia in Raid Battles within the next 48 hours, according to Niantic.
