During the latest episode of the the Japanese show Pokénchi, the recently-leaked alternate form for Lycanroc was confirmed for Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon. The new form is officially called Dusk Form and is similar to the existing Midday Form Lycanroc, but with a different color scheme and some aesthetic changes. The first couple of game screenshots of this new Pokémon form can be seen in the gallery below:
