You can now add Vulpix to your Pokémon team of Build-A-Bear Workshop plushies, stepping in the footsteps of Pikachu, Charmander, Eevee, Squirtle and Team Rocket’s Meowth. The official product description and images for the new Vulpix bundle is as follows:

In addition to the availability of Vulpix, the Build-A-Bear version of Bulbasaur has been confirmed to be in the works, though it won’t arrive until December 2017 due to a design flaw.
