Pikachu and its friends hold the key to new friends and new fun as the short film Pikachu, What’s This Key? has arrived on Pokémon TV. Pikachu and its Pokémon friends are playing when Dedenne tumbles into a cellar filled with strange treasures and gets its tail stuck in an odd key. The key draws the attention of Klefki, a Pokémon that collects keys. Klefki shows Pikachu and the rest to a mysterious, glowing keyhole floating in the air. It opens a portal to other worlds where the Pokémon can play and explore—and many of these worlds are inhabited by Mythical Pokémon! Of course, Meowth just wants to find the key that will lead him to untold riches…
Problems arise when some of the new Pokémon aren’t too happy to meet Pikachu and the others—and that’s before the keyholes that lead them home start disappearing! Can they get back in time?
