It looks like Pokémon Crystal could be coming to Nintendo 3DS sooner than you might think. According to a now-deleted tweet sent out by GAME Bournemouth, the Game Boy Color classic will be released via the handheld’s Virtual Console service, following in the footsteps of Pokémon Gold and Silver, as well as Pokémon Red and Blue before it. Nintendo has yet to formally announce the upcoming Virtual Console releases, but stay tuned for any updates.
