As 2017 comes to a close, Game Freak‘s Junichi Masuda has shared a special message and picture for the 2018 New Year. Within it Masuda thanks Pokémon fans and Game Freak supporters for another successful year, with more surprises to come in 2018 and beyond. You can see his special post in the embedded tweet below. Kazumasa Iwao of Game Freak recently teased that the Pokémon video game franchise will be hyped up next year.
