Pikachu doesn’t normally speak using human speech, but it does in rare instances and shocks some fans as a result. In the case of a bootleg Pokémon toy that is supposed to resemble the Pokémon mascot, Pikachu lights up and says the phrase “I love you” every time you squeeze it.
