The Pokémon Company has teamed up with Japan Automobile Federation (JAF) for a special promotion featuring a Pikachu clear file. Members of JAF in Japan can receive the clear file by showing their membership card to employees at the Pokémon Center or Pokémon Store locations throughout the region. It’s that simple, but keep in mind that this promotion is good only until March 31, 2018.
