Slowpoke have temporarily taken over the Kagawa Prefecture in Japan in Pokémon GO as an April Fools’ Day gag. According to The Pokémon Company, the Kagawa Prefecture is now known as the Slowpoke Prefecture, where increased spawns of wild Slowpoke are currently being featured.
