Fifth Pokémon GO Community Day announced for May 19 with Charmander, exclusive move for Charizard, three-hour Lures and triple Stardust

Hot on the heels of the fourth Pokémon GO Community DayPokémon GO developer Niantic has officially announced the fifth Pokémon GO Community Day. The upcoming worldwide event is set to take place on Saturday, May 19, for three hours and will feature increased spawns of Charmander in the wild. It will also feature triple catch Stardust and three-hour Lures. Based on all previous Community Days, Shiny Charmander will make its Pokémon GO debut as well. If Charmeleon evolves during Community Day hours, Charizard will know an exclusive move, which has yet to be announced. The timings for the fifth Pokémon GO Community Day are as follows:

  • The Americas: May 19, 2018, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. PDT
  • The Asia-Pacific region: May 19, 2018, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. JST
  • Europe, the Middle East, and Africa: May 19, 2018, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. UTC
