A brand-new set of Field Research tasks will soon be available in Pokémon GO. All-new Field Research tasks focusing on several iconic Kanto Pokémon will begin appearing on July 1 at 20:00 UTC. Players will be given a chance to add Snorlax, Pikachu, Eevee and Ditto to their team. Developer Niantic has also revealed that the Pokémon that will be unlocked after attaining the Research Breakthrough is Snorlax with the special move Body Slam. As a part of the new Field Research task rewards in July, Trainers might have a chance to complete an important Special Research task by catching Ditto. This will enable them to successfully find and catch Mew.
