Nintendo has dispatched the highly-anticipated system update version 6.0.0, which is now available for download on Nintendo Switch. Among the new features implemented include Nintendo Switch Online, Save Data Cloud backup, game sharing and more. Nintendo has also released updates for the Joy-Con and Nintendo Switch Pro Controller. In addition, from here on out, new copies of Nintendo Switch games will include the following notice on the packaging to let consumers know whether it requires a Nintendo Switch Online subscription:
Online play requires a paid membership to Nintendo Switch Online.
