Exclusive new Kitamura handbag and card case featuring Sailor Pikachu now available at Pokémon Center Yokohama and Pokémon Center Online

The Pokémon Company recently moved the major Pokémon Center location in Yokohama to Marine City, also located in Yokohama. The updated store is significantly larger than the original and houses a more modern ocean-style theme. The previous location, which was at Landmark Plaza, officially closed its doors on October 28, 2018. From September 3 until closing day, The Pokémon Company hosted a special thank-you campaign for fans. As part of this campaign, visitors received free commemorative cards and engaged in Pokémon battles via Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon. To celebrate the new location, The Pokémon Company is hosting a massive campaign from November 9 to December 2, 2018, across all Pokémon Center and Pokémon Store locations throughout Japan. During this period, customers can get exclusive merchandise themed after the renewal, including plushies, charms, Pokémon TCG promo cards and more.

Fans are also able to take photos alongside official mascot versions of Pikachu. In addition, Pokémon GO players with a Gold Gym Badge will receive a commemorative sticker at no additional cost while supplies last. A new batch of exclusive merchandise featuring Sailor Pikachu is now available for sale. In addition, The Pokémon Company has teamed up with Japanese manufacturer Kitamura to create a special handbag and business card case featuring a unique design that also depicts sailor Pikachu. These two products are available now at the new Pokémon Center location in Yokohama and Pokémon Center Online.
