A total of at least 103 stages will be in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, but because the popular Battlefield and Omega forms can also be selected for each stage, more than 300 total stages are available right from the start. Each stage in the game will also support eight-player battles and feature the ability to turn off hazards. To see some gameplay footage of Pokémon Trainer, Mewtwo, Kirby and Inkling on the Great Plateau Tower stage, check out the embedded video below. Super Smash Bros. Ultimate launches exclusively for Nintendo Switch on December 7.
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Direct-Feed – Pokemon Trainer vs. Inkling vs. Kirby vs. Mewtwo!
Here’s a preview of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate! I recently captured direct-feed gameplay of Pokemon Trainer, Inkling, Kirby, and Mewtwo at the Great Plateau Tower, courtesy of Nintendo of America!
For this video, I played as Pokemon Trainer in his Johto/Gold costume. I made sure to discuss the play-style of Squirtle, Ivysaur, and Charizard, and I made sure to properly showcase gameplay of each one! Of the three, I found that I enjoyed playing as Ivysaur the most, but that could just be me.
Also, if it means much, Inkling got her Final Smash in this video and launched a Killer Wail at us… so… that was fun!
If you have any further questions, please let me know, and I’ll do my best to answer them!
Thank you, and enjoy! 😉
