As a way to celebrate the Tokaigi Game Party in Tokyo, Japan, increased spawns of Machop are now appearing in Pokémon GO at the Makuhari Messe convention center near Tokyo Bay. This special event is only taking place today, January 26, and tomorrow, January 27, so be sure to participate in it while you still can! The official announcement from the development team at Niantic is as follows:
1月26日（土）・27日（日）に幕張メッセで開催中の「闘会議2019」。白熱するバトルを一層盛り上げるべく、開催期間中の会場付近ではかくとうタイプの「ワンリキー」が多く出現するようです👊
