There are a total of 10 playable Pokémon fighters in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate – Pikachu, Jigglypuff, Mewtwo, Pichu, Charizard, Squirtle, Ivysaur, Greninja, Lucario and Incineroar. Charizard, Squirtle and Ivysaur can only be selected via the Pokémon Trainer, but each one can be faced as a standalone fighter – without Pokémon Trainer – in various areas of the game, including in numerous Spirit Board missions. This is probably why each of the three are being featured as standalone amiibo figures.
