The Pokémon GO Special Weekend event that was postponed last July has been given a new date for those in Japan. The event is now set to take place on Saturday, February 23, from 10:00 to 20:00 JST. This event will feature increased spawns of Charmander and the Unown letters S and B. It also offers double XP for participants. If you’re interested in attending, you will need to gain access to a special pass from the SoftBank website. If you’re not a SoftBank or Yahoo Mobile customer, you can enter your name for a chance to win a ticket via a raffle. Ticket holders will then be able to join the event by spinning any sponsored PokéStop.
