Pokémon the Movie: Mewtwo Strikes Back Evolution will premiere in Japan on July 12, 2019. The upcoming movie is being directed by Kunihiko Yuyama and Motonori Sakakibara, while the screenplay is by Takeshi Shudo. Meanwhile, CoroCoro recently gave fans a first look at both Mew and Ash’s Pikachu Pikachu in the film. The Japanese publication has also revealed a special distribution for Pokémon Let’s Go Pikachu and Let’s Go Eevee. Those who pre-purchase a ticket starting April 12 will receive a special code to unlock Mewtwo with a CP level of 10,000 in the game. This particular Mewtwo is a level 70 Pokémon with the Quiet nature.
