The Mythical Pokémon Jirachi now available in Pokémon GO for the first time via Special Research at Pokémon GO Fest 2019 in Chicago

This year’s Pokémon GO Fest Chicago taking place from June 13 to June 16 in Chicago, Illinois. Niantic is hosting a number of special activities for attendees, including rare Pokémon appearances. The Mythical Pokémon Jirachi has made its Pokémon GO debut at the Pokémon GO Fest 2019 in Chicago via new Special Research.

In celebration of Pokémon GO Fest 2019, the Water-type Pokémon Horsea has begun appearing more frequently globally as of June 13 at 9 a.m. PDT. Shiny Horsea, Shiny Seadra and Shiny Kingdra have also made their Pokémon GO debuts. A new GO Fest 2019 Tee is now available for free. Special Pokémon are now appearing throughout downtown Chicago during Pokémon GO Fest 2019 in Illinois. Only Pokémon GO players with Pokémon GO Fest 2019 tickets are allowed to encounter any Pokémon in Grant Park. Some Pokémon appearing in the Pokémon GO Fest 2019 in Chicago are now appearing worldwide.
