DeNA confirms issue with grid skills from the sync grid in Pokémon Masters

Pokémon Masters, the latest Pokémon strategy and battling game for mobile platforms, is now available for download on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). In celebration of the game’s release, special in-game events and rewards are offered for a limited time.

Current Issue

The following issue is currently occurring in the game.

Issue Details

On rare occasions, grid skills from the sync grid may prevent co-op battles from proceeding properly.

Note: This issue does not occur in single-player battles.

Time Affected

Since 1/14/2020 at 10:00 p.m.

We are currently investigating the cause of this issue, and expect to have it resolved in a future version update.

An additional announcement regarding the resolution will be made after the updated version with the fix is released.

If you are unable to proceed in a battle, please re-start the app and end the battle.

We are currently planning compensation for the inconvenience caused.

More details will be announced once this issue is resolved.
