Netflix premiere of Pokémon: Mewtwo Strikes Back—Evolution marks the first official Pokémon Day 2020 celebration announcement

The Pokémon Company International today announced that the latest animated Pokémon movie will debut globally and exclusively on Netflix on Pokémon Day, February 27th, outside of Japan and Korea. “Pokémon: Mewtwo Strikes Back – Evolution” tells one of the most popular stories in the franchise in a new CGI animation style. This announcement marks the first official Pokémon Day 2020 celebration revealed by The Pokémon Company International.
