The Pokémon Company has announced that it will unveil a brand-new Mythical Pokémon on Pokémon Day, February 27. This Pokémon will appear in Pokémon Sword and Shield and Pokémon the Movie: Coco. Other Pokémon Day plans include Max Raid Battles in Pokémon Sword and Shield, a special Pokémon GO event and new Pokémon Masters info. Meanwhile, Pokémon of the Year Voting is now live on Google. Vote for your favorite Pokémon, choosing from all those discovered up through Pokémon Sword and Shield (National Pokédex No. 001-890)!
Each day, you can vote for 1 species per category until 13:59 UTC on Fri, Feb 14. NOTE: All forms of each species count as the same Pokémon. Your votes will be stored until the vote ends and cannot be deleted.
The category for February 5 is choosing your favorite Pokémon between the Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova, Kalos, Alola or Galar regions. Click here to cast your vote.
After you vote, you’ll be met with the following message:
