From Sunday, March 8, 2020, at 5:00 p.m. PDT until Wednesday, March 25, 2020, at 4:59 p.m. PDT, Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield players will be more likely to encounter Gigantamax Machamp and Gigantamax Gengar in Max Raid Battles. Additionally, Gigantamax Snorlax will return to Max Raid Battles during this time as well, so take this opportunity to challenge and catch it.
Meanwhile, a new Wild Area event kicked off today, March 19, featuring a number of version exclusives, rare Pokémon and Fossil rewards. For those in Japan, a serial code for Dynamax Crystals will be given to players to unlock Stonjourner and Eiscue in Max Raid Battles from March 27.
