Arceus and the Isle of Myths now underway in Pokémon Rumble Rush, more new events and updates also announced

The Pokémon Company and Nintendo have confirmed plans to officially end service for Pokémon Rumble Rush. The mobile game will no longer be supported as of July 22, 2020. Fans can still play it until that date and participate in in-game events, but the game won’t be playable afterward. Read on below to learn more:

July 22nd

  • [Other] The Pokémon Company have announced that Pokémon Rumble Rush will be discontinued on July 22nd. The game will no longer be playable after that date.

May 27th

  • [Updates] The latest Software update for the game is Ver. 1.6.0, and it’s now available.

May 13th

  • [Events] The 5th Cup is the Shaymin Cup, and it’s now live (available until May 27th)

May 6th

  • [Events] A new time-limited event is now live: Greninja and the Wonders of Kalos. It features the following Pokémon: ???, and more (80 different species in total). It features the following Summon Gears: ??? (available until May 27th)
  • [Challenges] A new set of Time-Limited Challenges is now live: Greninja and the Wonders of Kalos (available until May 27th)

April 22nd

  • [Events] The 4th Cup is the Shaymin Cup, and it’s now live (available until May 6th)

April 15th

  • [Updates] The latest Data update for the game is now available.
  • [Events] A new time-limited event is now live: Arceus and the Isle of Myths. It features the following Pokémon: Arceus, Lucario, Riolu, and more (80 different species in total). It features the following Summon Gears: Judgement (Arceus), Aura Sphere (Lucario), Aura Sphere (Riolu) (available until May 6th)
  • [Challenges] A new set of Time-Limited Challenges is now live: Arceus and the Isle of Myths (available until May 6th)
  • [Store] Starting today, you can longer buy any items in-game. You can still use what you have bought (like Poké Diamonds) until the game is discontinued on July 22nd (no end date)
  • [Log-in Bonus] As compensation for the maintenance that took place today, all players can now claim the following as special Log-in Bonus: Poké Diamond x100 (available until May 15th)
