Pokémon Masters, a strategy and battling game for mobile platforms, is now available for download on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). In celebration of the game’s release, special in-game events and rewards are offered for a limited time.

Issue Details
In each area of the Bug-Type Egg Event, rank points were obtainable without consuming Stamina.
Occurrence Period
July 28, 2020 at 11:00 p.m. – July 29, 2020 at 5:00 a.m.
Resolution
Rank points are no longer obtainable in these areas.
All players will receive the following as compensation for this issue and the emergency maintenance.
- Non-paid Gems x500
Compensation Collection Period
Redeemable until August 28, 2020 at 10:59 p.m.
