クチバシティのポケモンセンターで開催中の「ポケモン交換イベント」にやってきたサトシとゴウ。
そこでカイロスを欲しがるトレーナー、自称シンオウのむしポケクイーンこと、コロミと出会う。
自分のカイロスを手放せないゴウは、交換する代わりに野生のカイロス探しを手伝うことにする。
コロミは特製のあまいミツでカイロスをおびき寄せる作戦に出るが、おびき寄せられたのはカイロスではなく、アイツらで!?
