Pokémon Masters EX, the Pokémon strategy and battling title for mobile platforms, is available now on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). The following issue is currently occurring in the game.
Issue Details
When using the auto-incubate feature of the Eggcelerator Pass, if an Egg is always kept in the limited-time incubator, which is only usable during an event, the limited-time incubator can continue to be used even after the event has ended.
Occurrence Period
Since July 28, 2020 at 11:00 p.m.
Resolution
We are currently investigating the cause of this issue.
As a temporary resolution, we have made it so that all players can use the limited-time incubator even outside of the event period.
Future Plans
This issue will be fixed in a future version update.
When this issue is fixed, the limited-time incubator will return to only being usable during certain periods.
