Issue description: Tapping “Exchange” twice in the Shop causes the app to freeze. If this occurs, please restart the app.
Issue status: Resolved in update currently rolling out (0.187.1)
Issue with Mega Evolving Charizard
Issue description: If a Trainer Mega Evolved Charizard into Mega Charizard Y for the first time but had not yet Mega Evolved this Charizard into Mega Charizard X, the Trainer would be prevented from Mega Evolving this Charizard into Mega Charizard Y unless they had enough Mega Energy for the higher cost to Mega Evolve Charizard into Mega Charizard X.
Issue status: Resolved in update currently rolling out (0.187)
Mega Raids do not count towards the “Win a level 3 or higher raid” research task
Issue description: Mega Raids do not count towards the “Win a level 3 or higher raid” research task. Level 3 and 5 Raids do count toward the task.
Issue status: Investigating
Some trainers are unable to Mega Evolve Pokémon or see Mega Evolved Pokémon
Issue description: Some Trainers are not automatically downloading the up-to-date Mega Evolution game data to their app, causing them to be unable to Mega Evolve Pokémon. This also causes the app to display a Pokémon in its normal form instead of its Mega form in Mega Raids.
Workaround/resolution: In the Settings menu, tap “Advanced Settings” then tap “Refresh Game Data.” This resolves this issue. Make sure to toggle Adventure Sync back on after using this setting.
Mega Energy claimed through research rewards are not displayed properly (visual bug)
Issue description
: When collecting Mega Energy as a reward from a research task, the Mega Energy does not appear visually as a collected reward. This is a visual bug, and the Mega Energy is added correctly to the Trainer’s account and displayed correctly when viewing Pokémon of the corresponding evolution line.
Issue status: Investigating
Snapshot related tasks do not register on iOS devices
Issue description: Snapshot related tasks are not registering as completed after snapshots are taken. Some effects include that affection hearts aren’t earned after taking a photo of a Buddy Pokémon, and tasks requiring snapshots of Pokémon cannot be completed.

Map View details such as roads are not displaying properly for some Trainers
Issue description: Map View details such as roads are not displaying properly on the in-game map for some Trainers. PokéStops, Gyms, and Pokémon are still appearing correctly.
Workaround: Please try tapping “Refresh Game Data” under Advanced Settings in the Settings Menu. Clearing app data / cache on Android or reinstalling the app may also resolve this issue.
Issue status: Resolved in 0.185.2
Pokémon list doesn’t stay in same scroll position as actions are taken
Issue description: In the Pokémon inventory, the scroll position is not retained after taking an action on the page such as transferring or selecting / deselecting a Pokémon.

Sorting Gifts by the gift icon is broken for some Trainers
Issue description: Sorting Gifts by the gift icon on the Friend List is not working as intended.
Issue status: This is an expected side effect of preparation we’re doing for future improvements to sending Gifts. This should be largely resolved for most players now, but we expect this to be resolved for everyone once activation of these improvements is complete.
Raid Battle does not progress to rewards screen after defeating Raid Boss
Issue description: After defeating a Raid Boss, the app does not consistently progress to show the rewards earned for the Raid Battle and instead stalls on the Raid Battle screen with the timer still ticking down.
Workaround: If the Raid Battle is still active at the Gym, you’ll be able to access the Raid Pokémon encounter by tapping on the Gym or the Raid Invitation again.
Issue status: One root cause has been identified and fixed. We will continue to investigate this issue to find out if there are other causes.

Visual bug: Invited friends who rejoin a Raid Battle are requested to use another Raid Pass
Issue description: If you join a Raid Battle remotely through a friend’s invite and are removed to the Map View (e.g., after an app crash) after the Raid Battle begins, you must have another Remote Raid Pass in your Item Bag before you are able to rejoin the battle. This is a visual bug and the second pass is not actually consumed upon re-entry. However, due to this issue players without an additional Remote Raid Pass in their Item Bag may be requested to purchase one to be able to rejoin the Raid Battle.
Issue status: Resolved in 0.185
Avatars don’t show up properly in raid lobbies
Issue description
: We are investigating reports of Trainer avatars appearing incorrectly in raid lobbies. Some avatars do not appear at all, while others may appear as silhouettes or with incorrect textures on their avatar items. Occasionally, players may also see avatars in lobbies from previous Raid Battles. In any case, the player count is accurate when these errors occur and should reflect the correct number of players in the raid lobby.
Issue status: The issue causing incorrect textures to appear on Trainer avatars is resolved in 0.185. We are continuing to investigate other related issues.

    Issue status: Investigating
