As part of its ongoing efforts to promote the iOS version of Pokémon GO, the Apple App Store recently published a feature called Catch Up With a Classic: Pokémon GO. Rediscover Kanto in Pokémon GO
Pokémon celebrates its 25th anniversary this year, and Pokémon GO is kicking off the festivities with a retro romp.
Starting Saturday, February 20, you’ll be able to catch 150 classic Pokémon from the famous Kanto region, like Pikachu, Eevee, and Bulbasaur.
To find them, buy a Kanto ticket in the shop, then tap it once it’s in your Item Bag. From there, pick a path based on one of the two games that launched the franchise in 1996: Pokémon Red or Pokémon Green.
