Gible Stars in Pokémon GO’s June Community Day

Catch a gaggle of Gible, complete Special Research, and more on June 6.

Pokémon GO is celebrating Gible, the Land Shark Pokémon, during its June Community Day! On Sunday, June 6, 2021, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time, Gible will be appearing more frequently in the wild. If you’re lucky, you may even find a Shiny one! And, if you evolve a Gabite (the Evolution of Gible) during the event or up to two hours afterward, you can get a Garchomp that knows the Ground-type Charged Attack Earth Power!

A triple Catch XP bonus will be in effect throughout June Community Day, and Incense activated during the event will last for three hours.

A Community Day–exclusive Special Research story, Just a Nibble, will be available in the Pokémon GO shop for US$1 (or the equivalent pricing tier in your local currency). There will also be a special one-time-purchase Community Day box available for 1,280 PokéCoins, containing 50 Ultra Balls, five Incense, five Lucky Eggs, and an Elite Charged TM.

Features

• Gible will be appearing more frequently in the wild. If you’re lucky, you might encounter a Shiny one!

• Take a few snapshots during Community Day for a surprise!
• There’ll be a special one-time-purchase Community Day Box available for 1,280 PokéCoins, featuring 50 Ultra Balls, five Incense, five Lucky Eggs, and an Elite Charged TM.
• For US$1 (or the equivalent pricing tier in your local currency), you’ll be able to access the Gible Community Day-exclusive Special Research story, Just a Nibble.
• Stay tuned for when tickets for the Just a Nibble Special Research story go live! Tickets are nonrefundable (subject to applicable law and the exceptions set forth in the Terms of Service). Please note that this Special Research will not include an in-game medal.
