In this article, you’ll learn how to trade Pokémon with another player in the Pokémon Legends: Arceus game.
Note
- Two players with a copy of Legends: Arceus each can trade with each other online or via local wireless connection.
- A Nintendo Switch Online membership is required to trade with another player online.
- The option to trade Pokémon becomes available after you become a First Star Member and get access to the trading post in Jubilife Village. This occurs after about two hours of gameplay, though individual gameplay time may vary.
Complete these steps
- Launch Pokémon Legends: Arceus from the Nintendo Switch HOME Menu.
- Visit the woman at the trading post in front of the Training Grounds in Jubilife Village.
- The option to trade Pokémon is unlocked after becoming a First Star Member.
- Select whether to connect to another player over local wireless connection or online connection.
- Both players need to enter the same 8-digit link code.
- After two players enter the same code, they will be connected and can select the Pokémon they wish to trade.
