Shine Bright with the Season of Light in Pokémon GO
A new Season means exciting Pokémon debuts, new Raid Bosses, and a GO Battle League refresh.
Exciting encounters are on the horizon in Pokémon GO’s Season of Light, running through Thursday, December 1, 2022! The latest Season will see several Pokémon make their Pokémon GO debut, including the Nebula Pokémon, Cosmog.
Make the most of the new Season with bonuses! The Season of Light will feature increased damage dealt by Pokémon participating in raids remotely, guaranteed Gifts from spinning PokéStops, increased Incense effectiveness while moving, up to two free Raid Passes per day for spinning Gym Photo Discs, increased Stardust for Research Breakthroughs, and increased Stardust from Gifts. Take on the Season of Light Special Research by claiming it any time before the new Season concludes.
Season 12 of the GO Battle League is in full swing. Get ready to duke it out in weekly competitions like the Psychic Cup, the Weather Cup, and the Halloween Cup: Ultra League Edition. For a full schedule and more information about the latest GO Battle League Season, visit Niantic’s blog.

The GO Battle League is back with Season 12! Hot off the heels of the 2022 Pokémon World Championships, Season 12 will feature competitions like the Psychic Cup, the Weather Cup, and the Halloween Cup: Ultra League Edition!
We’ve made quite a few changes to the GO Battle League this season, so we encourage new and veteran Trainers alike to check it out and test their battling skills!

The universe may be billions of years old, but it still finds ways to surprise. There are new discoveries all around us waiting to be uncovered—you have to be willing to change your perspective.
Sometimes that means waiting for the sun to go down and looking through a telescope at the nebulas on the other side of the cosmos. Other times it’s a little daytime research with your favorite Pokémon professor to discover the mysterious creatures appearing in your neighborhood. Whatever the case, one thing is always true—adventures are more fun with friends!
So grab your flashlight, call your friends, and make some room in your Item Bag. The mysteries of our bright, colorful cosmos aren’t going to discover themselves!
